What to Expect

Join us for a deeply immersive weekend of reconnection, healing, and authentic expression at the First Annual Cowlitz Metaphysics Women’s Retreat. Guided by three female Reiki Master Teachers, this experience weaves together powerful offerings including our Shamanic Reiki & Cacao Ceremony – Divine Feminine Healing and a Sound Bath Meditation Lake Float, creating space to release stuck energy and return to a state of flow, balance, and harmony.

Our sessions are powerful and potent, yet the schedule is gently paced, allowing you the space to listen to your own intuition and honor what you need in each moment. This retreat is rooted in the understanding that it is not about finding yourself, but remembering who you are… an infinite stream of consciousness, a healer, a creator. Together, we gather to support one another in feeling grounded, open, and aligned, knowing that none of us are meant to do this work alone. Come reconnect with yourself, liberate your energy, and step forward feeling supported, empowered, and fully expressed.

Who is This for?

This retreat is for women who are ready to step into their power and align with their highest truth. Women who feel the call to reconnect with themselves and begin expressing the most authentic version of who they are, free from limiting belief systems and expectations that no longer serve them. This space is for those who are ready to elevate, to deepen their self-awareness, and to live in greater alignment with their inner knowing. Whether you are just beginning your journey or have been walking this path for years, you are welcome here. You do not need to have experience with energy work, meditation, or somatic practices. All that is asked is that you come with an open mind and a willingness to be present with yourself. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Day One - July 24th

Cleanse, Ground & Get Acquainted

Arrive, settle in, and begin to unwind as we gently transition into retreat space. We open with grounding, an energy cleanse, and somatic movement to release, connect, and arrive fully in the body and the experience.

Day Two - July 25th

Release & Heal

A full day of immersive practices designed to expand, release, and realign. WE will start the day with a tranquil Sound Bath & Meditation Lake Float, on silver lake. And our evening will be rounded by our Shamanic Reiki & Cacao Ceremony – Divine Feminine Healing, as we deepen into transformation and connection.

Reflection & Intention

We slow down and integrate the work of the weekend through gentle movement, reflection, and shared connection. This final day supports clarity, grounding, and carrying your experience forward into daily life.

    Refund Policy

    We understand that life happens, please request any refunds before June 30th, 2026 at 5:00pm to receive a refund for your Cowlitz Metaphysics Women’s Retreat ticket. You will be eligible for a %75 refund if you paid full price, %50 refund if you made a partial payment. No refunds after date and time posted above.

  • 24-48 hours after purchasing your ticket we will send you a welcome packet to your email with detailed information of our itinerary, meal plan, preparation recommendations and information about Silver Lake Resorts offerings that you can enjoy during your stay.

  • What to Bring

    We recommend bringing sunscreen, insect repellent (we will have natural options available, but feel free to bring your personal preference), and layers for comfort throughout the day. If you plan to enjoy time near the water, bring a swimsuit or clothes you don’t mind getting wet. Sun hats and sunglasses are also encouraged for time spent outdoors.

    You may also want to bring a journal, a reusable water bottle, and any personal comfort items such as blankets, cushions, or crystals.

    Kayaks and paddle boards are welcome at the resort, and rentals are also available if you’d like to spend time on the water. While the lake can be enjoyed in many ways, swimming is not permitted.
